MICROingranaggi’s hobbing department is equipped with No. 13 CNC gear hobbing machines.

The Assembly Department
At MICROingranaggi, each component is assembled by experienced technicians who then carry out functional testing and noise checks.

Manual assembly is currently the best solution for the company’s kind of production, which is made up of small and very small products, produced in fairly small batches (in the order of thousands or hundreds of pieces, if not just a few dozen).

The Packaging and Warehouse Department
In order not to compromise the performance of each part produced, MICROingranaggi pays particular care to the type of packaging and takes precautionary measures against damage to the most critical materials.

In order to enable the storage and rapid supply of materials and products, MICROingranaggi has recently implemented three automated warehouses, one of which is entirely dedicated to assembly, while the other two are dedicated to anything else, from the storage of raw materials to production equipment.
