Our gear cutting department boasts a fleet of 13 modern CNC machines that, through hobbing processes, produce cylindrical gears with straight teeth, helical gears, and bevel gears on a daily basis. Our experience enables us to meet the production needs of small, medium, and large series ranging from module 0.2 mm to 3 mm, and our team of technical operators has a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with the production of small-sized gears.

From design to production, we can create cylindrical and bevel gears in a wide range of materials, including various bar metals, plastics, bakelite, and sintered materials. Our manufactured components can have outer diameters ranging from a minimum of 4 mm to a maximum of 120 mm, with maximum lengths of 140 mm, providing the flexibility needed to meet our customers’ most complex requirements.
